For dinner on December 31st we chose Brace & Sapori to celebrate New Year's Eve and we were all satisfied. The food offered was excellent and the service fast and professional. The room was full and since there was no music (that's what we wanted) we chatted without deafening sounds that don't make you relax. There will certainly be other opportunities to return to this location which I recommend.
If I had to describe this grill in one word I would choose "home".
The reason for this choice lies in the combination of the quality of the products and the professionalism of the service that has pampered us from the beginning!
As soon as we entered we were placed in front of the meat counter, full of various products including rags, bombette and various meats, all of various types and condiments!
We started with the appetizers:
- potato croquette with carbocrema and chips
- diced french fries with cheddar and bacon
For meat, however, we chose:
- rags with stracciatella and pistachio (phenomenal)
- strips with bacon
- spicy bombettes
- Philadelphia and speck bowler hats
- Angus bites in BBQ sauce
As desserts, to conclude:
- tiramisu made by them before your eyes (excellent, you can see it in the video)
- salted caramel cheesecake (delicious)
In short, friendliness, professionalism and quality are the hallmarks of the place!

Thanks to a not very beautiful day at the end of summer, we went to the cinema taking advantage of one of the first screenings of the period
After the show we practically walked past it, even without having booked, we decided to stop.
The place is nice and clean, there is no place outside but we had a great time inside

Before being accompanied to the table we chose the meat from a well-stocked counter where there is no shortage of really important cuts, so we get to know Alessandro, owner and "brazier" of the place.
We deliberately did not take the starters in order to fully enjoy the roast, only two side dishes, which we asked to arrive together with the meat.
On the menu, in addition to commercial beers, there is also a certain choice of local and craft beers.

Masterfully cooked, all the flavors can be appreciated in the bowls and the livers are excellent.
The contours, although simple, are at the same level
The desserts offered are delicious, all handcrafted.
